The automobile industry has always been part of the backbone of any economy, and continues to play an integral part in an its success or failure. This is because the automobile industry is one of the few in the world that utilized practically all technologies available to the time. An automobile is an integrated whole created through the hard work of a multitude of people applying multiple technologies to create a synergistic whole. Glass working, EDM, Machining, molding, textile, plastics and many other technologies are used to produce the finished automobile, using all sorts of materials, from metals to rubbers, to fibers and plastics.

Our Mission is to Build competitive edge in local automotive parts industry by maximizing local contents to at least 70% for automobiles manufactured in Pakistan by the year 2020, by creating an environment that is conducive to innovation, rapid modernization and is in sync with latest Research and Development.
PAAPAM APPEARANCE IN WORLD FORUM
PAAPAM  has been recognised  world wide and was invited in the meeting of  World Forum for Harmonisation of Vehicle Regulations (W.P.29)  held on 10-13 November 2009 at Geneva Switzerland. Mr. Saeed Iqbal Khan, Convener  Tractor Committee had the honor to attend the meeting. No Trade Association from Pakistan has been invited in this event in the past  and  Paapam is pioneer  in the field.
