Request for Proposal (RFP) for
Event Management of Pakistan Auto Show [2026]
1. Introduction of PAAPAM

Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts & Accessories Manufacturers (PAAPAM) represents large-, medium- & small-scale auto parts manufacturing industries all over Pakistan. The Association achieved recognition from the Government of Pakistan in 1999 and today it is represented on many government bodies, organizations, NGOs and committees as well as private institutions through its members.

PAAPAM is also a member of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI).

The Pakistan Auto Show is an initiative of PAAPAM which is held annually in Lahore and Karachi in alternate years. It is a three-day event with the entire auto engineering sector assembled under one roof.

Historical trends show an average of 100,000 crowd participation every year.

PAAPAM is planning to hold its annual show on [18-19-20 September 2026] at International Expo Center [Lahore].

2. Eligibility of applying for the EMC
  • Experience of holding at least 3 Large Expo Events
  • Sufficient knowledge of organizing industrial shows
  • Relevant management and infrastructure
3. Functions of the EMC
3.1 Marketing Pitch & Dedicated Resources
  • Work closely with PASOC for stall marketing
  • Design brochures, POS documents & hall layouts
  • CEO to accompany PAAPAM team for OEM meetings

Dedicated Resources:

  • 2 resources (Designer & Marketeer)
  • 3 resources for Exhibitor Management
  • 8 additional resources after collateral finalization
3.2 Sponsorship of Closing Ceremony / Gala-Nite

EMC will be responsible for arranging sponsorship for the Closing Ceremony / Gala-Nite.

3.3 Management of Inaugural Ceremony
  • Help desks in front of each hall
  • Electrician, Carpet Manager, Housekeeper, POS Expert
  • Specialized team for international exhibitors
  • Registration & footfall reporting
3.4 Management of Seminars & Conferences
  • Call for papers
  • Registration & scheduling
  • Execution & follow-up
3.5 Media & Press Handling
  • Press & exhibitor kits
  • Awards & shield design
  • Logistics & complaint desk
4. Roles & Responsibilities of EMC
4.1 Management Control
  • Weekly progress reports
  • Monthly & weekly review meetings
  • Active participation in event activities
4.2 Financial Matters
  • No outsourcing without PASOC approval
  • All costs must be pre-approved
  • PASOC decision will be final in disputes
4.3 Qualification of Resources
  • Strong administration & marketing background
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Web)
  • Designer skilled in Photoshop, Corel, 3D Max
  • Dedicated staff paid by EMC
